There’s no point in questioning if you ever get stressed up because everyone does, at some point of time, rather say it, at many points. Things don’t go right always and so we all have to face the “stress” at many points in our lives. And how do people handle this stress?! There as many ways to distract our minds as there are stressful situations. Some people just want to listen good music, some want to eat good food, some paint, some go for outing, some play games, and the list goes on and on.

Well, what I do to distract myself is…I write. I write whatever I feel like writing. Neither on a specific topic/tag nor on a specific person. I just write whatever comes to my mind at that point of time. So, after I finish penning down my thoughts my mind automatically understands that I’m okay. That’s why writing feels like a therapy, a stress buster to me.

At a very young age I realized that as an individual, I’m very introvert. I couldn’t speak to people what I feel about things. That’s another reason why I found writing as my way of saying things by not saying them actually instead writing them down. And you don’t even need someone to tell how are you feeling, neither you care if someone is there to listen to you or not. Also you don’t have to fear about if someone will judge you or not after you tell them your feelings. Your thoughts will be yours and only yours.

Also, writing has so many other advantages. It helps increasing your writing skills, increases your vocabulary, develops your thought process, improves concentration, broadens knowledge and what not. Most importantly, it helps you to get to know yourself better, helps in introspection.

There must be many people out there who might still be searching for their stress busters. So I urge you, my dear readers, to try this formula out, as this could become your favorite and easiest activity to burn your stress.
